It is difficult to predict how long approval processes may take, but if all goes well, sales in Tejon Mountain Village could begin in about five years.

Various environmental studies (biology, air quality, water quality, traffic, etc.) are now being prepared. Once they are completed, the Draft Environmental Impact Report can be finalized and distributed to the public, which we hope will occur in early 2008. After a public review period, public hearings will be held before the Kern County Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors.

We anticipate that the Draft Environmental Impact Report, which will include comprehensive studies on these and many other subjects, will become available sometime early next year.
